Kuva Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Kuva Media Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Kuva Media and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Citizens and residents of the European Union are not eligible to enter or win due to GDPR compliance restrictions. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Kuva Media, 1405 N Lilac Drive, Ste. 240, Golden Valley, MN 55422 ("Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

4. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on April 20, 2023 at 12:01 AM and ends on May 11, 2023 at 12:00 AM ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: Visit https://contest.kuvamedia.com or https://www.kuvamedia.com/win-rewards and enter your email to enter the Giveaway. You must confirm your entry via the confirmation email sent to your email after filling out the form. After initial entry and confirmation, additional actions can be completed to gain additional entries by visiting https://contest.kuvamedia.com or https://www.kuvamedia.com/win-rewards and following the instructions.

6. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded:

   • One (1) winner will receive a mini strategy session valued at $850.

   • Two (2) winners will each receive a custom logo valued at $1,250.

   • One (1) winner will receive five short-form social media videos (15 seconds each) valued at $600.

   • Ten (10) winners will each receive a worksheet collection valued at $54.99.

7. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by random using automated software from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will take place on or about May 11, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within ten business days of the selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within ten business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, WhatsApp, or YouTube, nor are Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, WhatsApp, or YouTube associated with this giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, WhatsApp, or YouTube, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

13. Winner List: To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kuva Media, 1405 N Lilac Drive, Ste. 240, Golden Valley, MN 55422. Requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period.
